Running !

年末から正月に掛けての宴会続きで体型が変化したようです…。

自分ではピンと来なかったのですが、休み明けの友人達の反応が皆一緒。

「…太った？」

恐る恐る体重計に乗ってみると、３キロ増…。確かに増量している。

ということで年明けの４日からランニングを始めました。

無理に速いペースで走るのではなく、ゆっくりしたペースで７～８キロ。

週に５日～６日。続くかなと自分でも半信半疑でしたが、始めてみると気持ちいい！

とりあえずは３ヶ月ほど続けてみます。

目指すはしなやかな筋肉。例えるならボクサーのような！

やるぞ！

毎日走るとは言いましたが、ここ２～３日体調が思わしくなく走れてません…。
